Broad Payment Terms & Conditions
• Client will not be allowed to change their requirement from full-time (24 hrs) service to 8 Hrs/part-time service or vice versa after making the booking or advance payment. If Cancellation is made because of this reason, no platform will be refunded/issued to the client
• Client will not be allowed to change the location or any other requirement of the services (for example change in workload, number of children etc). If cancellation is made because of this reason, no company commission will be refunded/issued to the client
• If Client chooses a nanny/Japa from outside city then, client must bear the expenses incurred from her native place till client’s house/place or vice versa (once she is going back). All the expenses must be paid in advance as per actuals. CareEywa will take a prior approval from the client on the expenses. *This will be also applicable on replacement (If required)
• If client is going for a vacation or any reasons where they want nanny to go on leave, then client is also required to pay the salary for those vacant days/ leave days/ holidays, Client cannot deduct the wages of the nanny for such days. Client is also not authorised to extent the nanny working days or hours for such days. Or force the caregiver to accompany them to any other location or venue
• You are requested to demand the virtual/digital id card of a nanny/japa from our advisor to validate the nanny details. Please cross check the nanny details provided by us (including her photograph given in id) to match the nanny/japa coming to your house, before letting her to enter in your house. If it does not match, then please don’t let that nanny/japa to enter in your house
• CareEywa will not be liable/responsible for anything if you make your own arrangements with the provided nanny to hire or get a replacement of existing nanny (temporarily or permanently)
Broad Cancellation & Refund Policy of CareEywa charges in case service cancelled by the Client in any scenario. All Charges are excluding GST
• No refund of platform fees in case cancellation is done beyond 6 Days (from the date nanny starts working at your home)
• In any scenario if cancellation happens, client will be required to pay Nanny salary pro-rata basis for the number of days she has worked at client end in addition to cancellation charges mentioned above.
Broad Cancellation & Refund Policy of CareEywa charges in case service cancelled by CareEywa (where fault is from CareEywa or nanny side) All Charges are excluding GST
• 100% Refund will be made. In case of cancellation is made from CareEywa or Nanny before the required day
• In any scenario if cancellation happens, the client will be required to pay CareEywa pro rata based on the number of days she has worked at your place.
• In case of Govt lockdown, any other natural calamity or Covid -19 Infection to your family or nanny or nanny’s family, No charges will be refunded if service has to be put on hold/cancelled.
